Delivery & returns

We always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible and usually within 2-3 working days of receiving your order. Delivery on orders over £50 is free.

 

We operate a no quibbles, money back guarantee. If you're not entirely satisfied with your Coolthermal purchase please use the returns sticker enclosed with the garment and send it back to us within 7 working days of receipt and we'll either send you a replacement or give you a full refund; it's up to you. All we ask is that you tell us where we went wrong so we can improve the products and service we offer. For your own protection, when returning items, we suggest that you use recorded delivery as we cannot issue refunds for goods that don't reach us. We will not be liable for the costs of returning goods unless we have sent you a different item from that ordered or if the item is faulty in which cases we'll do everything we can to restore your faith in us.
